We strive to provide the highest quality mental healthcare by pursuing the most effective treatment strategies and incorporating a collaborative approach between patients and providers. Our Provider

Jay Italiya, MD

Dr. Italiya is a native of the DFW area, and is committed to the health and wellbeing of this community. He attended Texas Tech University for his undergraduate degree in biology, and masters in business administration. He completed medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, and completed his residency in psychiatry at UT Southwestern in Dallas. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

His clinical interests include life transitions, student mental health, work stress, young adulthood, and psychotherapy.

Tabitha Seib, PA-C

Tabitha Seib is a certified Physician Assistant with a passion for mental health care. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant degree with honors from West Coast University after graduating with a major in Biology and double minors in Psychology and Chemistry from the University of North Texas. Tabitha grew up in the lakeside suburbs of North Texas. An understanding of the pervasiveness of mental health challenges in our demanding modern society led Tabitha to focus her healthcare career towards psychiatry. Her goal is to take a holistic approach while providing compassionate and comprehensive care that focuses on optimizing overall quality of life.  adulthood, and psychotherapy.

Tabitha’s clinical interests include anxiety, depression, and young adult challenges.
